ReplyDelete2. I wouldn't mind how much I was paid if I had a really interesting job, probably something like an archeologist because I personally think it would be really cool to dig up bones and what not and learn about people who lived in the past.
3. I don't really find any the above things to be my "passions" and honestly i don't really have a passion for anything, I am still trying to find my passion in life.

ReplyDelete2.) Something I would do without caring about the pay is edit books. I think I would be really good at it because I have a good eye, and I wouldn’t be bored because I love to get lost in a book.
3.) Out of all of the above, I love to read the most. I don’t know when I found out it was my passion, but it’s always been a part of me. When I was little, my parents were telling me to stop reading and pay attention. I love reading and can spend an entire day curled up with a good book.

3. I like to do all those things that are listed above, but I can still live without them. I think I'm still looking for my passion. I used to think that I would die if I can't draw or paint. But, now I realize that I don't really draw that much, and it was just how I wanted myself to feel like. Anyway, I think have a passion is really important, it can make a huge different in your life.

All three things above are my passion, i love being around animals because they have such a positive effect on the human mind, which leads to psychology which i love learning about and helping people with their problems. Lastly i love taking pictures of things and capturing the moment something happens, and the feeling in that moment. Knowing no other person will ever take exactly the same picture as you is part of what makes it so awesome.

~I would consider reading, helping, and medicine all passions. I realized how much I love to read after I finished the last Harry Potter book and now I always have a book or series I’m reading. I could not live without reading. Reading is my escape from my life to emerge into a fictional world. After I embraced my love for words and literature I realized I could not live without reading. I guess the Peace Corp would be categorized as helping people. I realized I can’t live without helping people when someone brought to my attention (Jocelyn) that I hold the door open for the person behind me even if they’re 15 ft away. I love to help people because I realize how horrible some people’s lives are and I can help them whether it’s holding the door open or just smiling I helps. Biology has always be interesting to me and is a part of my daily life. I’m always thinking about medical possibilities and how technology (by the time I’m done medical school) will save people’s lives. I can not live without thinking about how I can give hope to someone who could have lost a limb or is paralyzed. I noticed this when I was reading the newspaper and read about how scientists have experimented with stem cell research and one patient in (I think) Florida gained full feeling in his legs after he was paralyzed for 15 years.

2. I would not care how much I got paid if could be an EMT, Paramedic, or work in the scientific medical field. I want to figure out how to combine technology with science and medicine to gain 100% use of our brains.

I think I consider painting and going to concerts my passion. I could always live without seeing my friends because i would still have my family. Music & art always help me escape from all my problems and stress. I love putting my feelings down onto paper with paint, and music makes me happy, so seeing my favorite bands live makes me even happier!!! :)

3. Actually both of these describe my passions pretty accurately. I love filmmaking and all of the process involved and I want to make films about people. I love human stories. I think i realized this was my passion over the summer at CSSSA. Everything clicked while I was there.

3. Since I don't necessarily consider these above activities my passion, I think to me they are just ways to enjoy life. These things that I like to do are very enjoyable but i don't think that they are my passion. My passion is more of an abstract concept, but if these activities could fill out the requirements of a passion and include other types of "work" to them then I would definitely try those things.
1. I have a tendency to end up walking around San Diego in my spare time. I like reading, sketching, and just sitting outside as well.

3. Photography became a part of me unintentionally. I became known for always having a camera with me, and taking hundreds of pictures a day. Only until after I stopped taking pictures daily is when I realized it makes me truly happy. There are few things that I think of that have the same value to me.
